CULLEN WINES VANYA CABERNET SAUVIGNON
Planted in 1979, it is the heat and soul of Cullen. 100% cabernet sauvignon, handpicked, sorted and destemmed on the new moon in early March. Fermented naturally on skins in 300L teracotta amphorae for 12 weeks, and then pressed to 75% new oak for a further 6 months maturation. No additions of yeast, acid, malolactic culture or fining agents. The wines grown on these ancient soils are certified biodynamic, carbon neutral and naturally powered.
