This is an intimate dinner in our beautiful bar with a maximum of 40 guests.
This will allow you the time and space to really learn about this long time Australian distillery & the incredible story behind one of the country’s most famous brands.

ON ARRIVAL:
The Rum 🥃 Bundaberg Red
Tasting notes - Aroma: This rum exudes sweetness, with caramel and honey notes.
Palate: Brown sugar comes through on the tongue among the iconic caramel flavours.
Finish: An extremely smooth finish rounds out this rum.
ENTREE: Grilled Threadfin Salmon 🐟 served with roast tomato & corn relish, crispy fried kipfler potatoes
The Rum 🥃 Bundaberg Small Batch Reserve
Tasting notes - Aroma: Sweet cane and Christmas spice with a hint of dark chocolate orange and woody, roasted vanilla bean.
Palate:Creamy vanilla, muscatels, butterscotch sauce and bright orange marmalade with a delicate nuttiness.
Finish: Crème caramel and butter toffees with plenty of complexity added by a lightly roasted, woody note linger.
MAIN COURSE: Roast Pork Sirloin 🍖 served with char-grilled broccolini, sweet potato puree & apple chutney

Tasting notes - Aroma: Hints of vanilla and roasted nuts, along with subtle smoky notes reminiscent of a campfire,
Palate: The perfect balance of toasted caramel and vanilla
